What Our Clients Have To Say
Thank you for all that you do
I met rodele when she was attending to my mom, an 86 year old stroke patient who had stage 4 stomach cancer. Mom was on a palliative care regime after discharge from the hospital. It was mom’s wish to be discharged from the hospital after a 2 – 3 week stay. We had no idea of the journey awaiting us for the next 5 and half weeks. This journey was made easier by Rodele and the rest of the palliative care team. What angels!! On meeting Rodele for the first time, her soft, compassionate, yet firm manner, together with her knowledge of the best therapy techniques for mom’s condition, earned our trust and, moreover, the trust of mom. She was always punctual, and her calming presence was so welcome, especially after mom experienced nights filled with discomfort, which she so bravely bore.
When mom could no longer communicate but was still conscious, Rodele always knew what mom’s needs were, and that put mom at ease.
Rodele’s last session with mom was in the afternoon of 5th June as she passed later that evening. I believe that Rodele brought such relief to mom in the last hours of her life. May the Almighty grant my mom the highest abode in Jannah ( Heavan).
Thank you for all that you do Rodele. May the Almighty keep His hand over you and all your patients.
Eternally Gratefull
I met Rodele Naidu at a time when I was in a vulnerable stage of providing care for my husband, who had advanced Altzheimers. I was working abroad, and so she became my husbands advocate for his care in mobility and comfort. Rodele was encouraging and kind in her physio sessions and built a rapport easily. It was very reassuring having Rodele as part of my husband’s care team, as she kept in touch with me regularly, providing me with updates on his care plan and guidance as to where my husband was in this journey. Rodele went beyond her call of duty when I was so far away, keeping me reassured and for this I am eternally grateful

Highly Recommend
I highly recommend Rodelé as a physiotherapist. She handled my dad, who has dementia, with professionalism and care, working closely with his caregiver to ensure continuity in his therapy. Before starting physio, my dad was prone to falls, his posture was declining, and he had little motivation to move around. Thanks to Rodelé’s thoughtful approach, focusing on balance and key areas, we’ve seen real improvements. She was also very considerate of our budget and kept the end goal in mind throughout. It was such a great day when I collected my dad one day and he easily navigated his way in and out of my car and then walked confidently to his front door without any assistance !
Absolute Blessing
Rodele Naidu has been an absolute blessing in my Mothers journey as she navigates both aging in a care centre as well as battling to keep the last bit of mobility she has left. Rodele’s absolute patience and encouragement has helped to ensure that my Mom is still able to stand at times and keep some strength in her legs. My Mom has many health challenges but Rodele was able to work out a mobility program around my Mother’s health and also buoyed her spirits with her gentle approach. I received excellent feedback after each session and even some videos of Mom doing the most in her sessions with Rodele which are actually priceless memories I get to keep. Rodele balances professionalism and care in the most heartfelt way and ensures that the client’s dignity is always in place and that they are well cared for during their session and never made to feel incapacitated in any way. I cannot recommend Rodele highly enough.
